When King Mufasa is killed and Scar takes over the kingdom, Simba is banished from the lands of his birthright and has to grow up fast, honing his skills, for the day of his return.

Help Simba achieve adulthood and reclaim the Pridelands in The Lion King. Start life as Simba the lion cub, and try to survive long enough to become a full-grown lion. Play through the action of the movie in 10 levels of adventure and puzzles. Naturally, Simba will face a number of enemies including hyenas and wildebeasts. Master moves like the pounce and roar. With hand-drawn graphics by Disney animators and all nine musical selections from Elton John and Tim Rice.

It isn't easy to make a good pinball simulation. So much engineering goes into designing the real-life tables that crafting computer simulations becomes a twofold task. A computer pinball game must not only provide realistic physics, but the table being simulated must also be fun to play. With last year's outstanding Timeshock, Empire's Pro Pinball series earned a reputation for fulfilling both criteria, and Big Race USA maintains, or even exceeds, this level of excellence.

Before any bumpers, ramps, or flippers, your average pinball designer needs to come up with a premise that provides an interesting context for the player. True to its name, Big Race USA puts you in the role of a taxicab racing from New York to San Francisco and back again. Along the way, you can pick up passengers and deliver them to destinations, speed away from the cops, and even knock other cars off the road. All of these actions are accomplished through aimed shots at various table targets. The game keeps track of cities visited and gives you a lighted map that shows your progress. This is a great design that lends purpose to the game without encumbering you with a lot of unintuitive accolades. Even if you're not planning on making it all the way to the end of the Big Race, the number of side objectives is sure to keep you busy.

Pac-Man World Rally puts players behind the wheel as Pac-Man or one of 14 other classic characters from the worlds of "Pac-Man" and other popular Namco franchises, racing for the checkered flag while using unique power-ups and items to prevent their opponents from claiming victory. Across the game’s many colorful and iconic levels, players will utilize a unique power sliding mechanic that allows them to skid around tight corners without losing speed, while charging up Boost Bottles they can use at will to leave their opponents in their dust. And because it’s Pac-Man, players can expect to see him do what he does best: gobble up his adversaries along with all the Pac-Dots in sight. Players will be able to collect Power Pellets during a race to unleash a special ability that will allow them to take a bite out of their opponents and turn the tables on even the most lopsided races.
